5’8.5” lean build 162 lbs. large fits fairly well, no issues, but also ordered an xl waiting to receive to try that size out as well. a couple stitches definitely popped when putting it on the first time so with the stretch, the xl size is probably going to be a better fit. large has worked perfectly though for multiple runs and the side pocket for my phone and water/sweat proof zipper pocket on the back is perfect for anything else i need.
